Marketplace application success analysis using Modified Delone McLean

<p><em>Shopee is the biggest E-Commerce platform in Indonesia. Based on SimilarWeb data, Shopee's visit rate during August 2021 recorded 26.92 million Daily Actives Users (DAU) accessing it via Android mobile devices. At end of 2021, active users reached 130 people. This research focuses success factors and their impact improving customer service. The primary this study Information Systems Success Model developed by Delone Mclean. adds two constructs from UTAUT (United Theory Acceptance Use Technology) model. uses data obtained directly 450 samples. Statistical tests use Simultaneous Equation (SEM) with SmartPLS application for running tests. Overall, can analyze that influence successful Shopee application.
